If you visit my site by means of one of those old-school web browser things (as opposed to an RSS aggregator), then you may have seen the link at the top of my page which says "Blame Rory." It's an email link, and people use it all the time. It automatically populates the subject field of the email with "I blame you."
Usually, people use it to complain about the really crappy CSS that drives my site (would any CSS gurus out there like to fix it?). Other times, they switch the subject to read "I DON'T blame you" and then say something nice.
On Friday, I think I got the best "I blame you" email ever. It came from Brian Kuhn out in Kennewick, Washington, and it was only one line long:
When our servers went down due to staff opening emails with suspicious .zip attachments, I blamed you.
I love this because I'm so completely disconnected from the event, yet Brian still found time in his day to blame me.
Thanks, Brian :)
