Last RSS for charity (RSS4C) post for a while... But, tonight: My bare chest in QuickTime!

There are two special things about this RSS4C (thanks to Ian for the acronym) post:

  1. It will be the last for a while.
  2. I'm naked right now

The reason for the first is that I think the word is getting out, and I want to let the thing sort of take its course. As of today, the feeds have been hit almost 600 times, which isn't bad considering that they just popped up a couple days ago.

The reason for the second item is none of your business.

Before I end this post, though, I would like to point to Ian again - He posted a couple bits on RSS4C (here and here), and his suggestions are very good. They also happen to overlap with goals of mine for phase two of the RSS4C thing. To make things even cooler, he actually bought something through the feeds.

I would also like to point to Robert Levy for spreading the word. He also preconfigured a .NET book feed, so that's worth checking out for all you (us) nerdy types.

Aaaaaand, of course, Steve Maine and Jim Blizzard for putting RSS4C buttons in perfectly prominent places.

Until phase two is well underway (I expect it to take me 1-2 weeks), you won't be hearing much about the feeds. Just look for the big orange button, and feel free to stick one on your site, too (directions can be found here).

Tonight (and in the coming days), expect to see more of the usual Neopoleon posts, including a QuickTime video that involves my bare chest.

Not to be missed (or, maybe it is to be missed - I don't know).
