For those of you who just attended my WinForms webcast, you might remember that I was having a hard time getting the auto-complete feature to work in the textbox.

It turns out that, in my early morning fog, I had forgotten that I was reusing a textbox which I had previously set to “Multiline = True.”

I forgot to reset that property.

And that’s why auto-complete wasn’t working.

My bad :) The control still works as advertised…

…provided someone who isn’t completely stupid is at the wheel.
