I just got off skype with Rob Miles. We were recording his bits for the next TinyThings episode. He was talking about the Xbox 360. The console just came out abroad, and Rob and his friends got to deal with the limited supply scenario that we’ve had in the states.

In the middle of his bit, Rob asked, almost in passing:

Why is it called the “360” anyway? Is it because that’s how many you guys made?

I love that. He wasn’t quite finished, though:

Or is it because that’s how hot it gets?
